“当时这名男子手里拿着票，在场外不断向晚到的观众靠近，并低声询问需不需要门票。”民警刘欣看到这个情况，就马上和其他巡逻的同事上前进行核查。原以为这只是一般的黄牛，万万没想到，通过信息比对，发现这名姓马的男子居然是涉嫌盗窃的全国在逃嫌疑人！As Qianjiang Evening News reported, Jinhua police noticed a man acting suspiciously while they patrolled around the stadium during the concert.
