The processor indicator is lighting and the digital voltmeter displays nothing in case of the equipment in fault.Fault◆Breaker tripping and short circuit: please examine whether there is short circuit of the pump or the equipment.◆Abnormal display of digital voltmeter or ampere meter, self-cleaning sterilization processor A in fault: please examine whether there is short circuit of the processor power supply module or the processor cable.Operation descriptions (operation notes)◆Starting: to examine whether the ON/OFF rotary knob on the equipment panel is in OFF position before starting the equipment; to switch on the air switch of the power supply in the cabinet and the equipment is in the state of stopping with the power indicator lighting and operation indicator going out after the equipment is power.◆Operation process: (ON/OFF rotary knob: in the position of ON with the operation indicator lighting)The equipment is in automatic operation, the self-cleaning sterilization processor A switches regularly for the treatment of the system water. The voltmeter or amperemeter are flashing when the processor A is switching, which is normal.◆Operation state display: The voltmeter or amperemeter on the equipment panel display the voltage or current conditions of the self-cleaning sterilization processor A respectively. The voltmeter displays internally DC12V approximately and the DC current value on the amperemeter will be different depending on the changing water quality in the system.◆Equipment fault alarm: The voltmeter of the equipment will display DC12V approximately in normal condition. The abnormal display or the processor indicator going out possibly means the fault of the voltmeter, fault in DC12V power module of the self-cleaning sterilization processor A or short circuit of the processor A.◆Notes in the equipment operation:① The equipment should have the sound ventilation and the voltage fluctuation should be not larger than 10%;② The examination should be made on the operation performance of each component and whether the pipelines are connected correctly before the equipment is put into operation.
