Product Introduction 
X-film is a kind of self-cleaning ultraviolet resistance protective film with high transparency and high weather resistance, and is made under co-extrusion of PVDF and special PMMA, with excellent surface performances such as chemical resistance,  fouling resistance, graffiti resistance, easy cleanness, and etc.

Surface film: It has high-quality PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) in the surface layer with thickness of 5 �m, commonly known as "teflon"; it has excellent "self-cleaning" performance;
Bottom layer: It has special ultraviolet resistance PMMA with thickness of 45�m; it has excellent weather resistance, ultraviolet resistance, printability and  thermal bonding.
Back adhesive: Transparent permanent crylic acid back adhesive
Bottom paper: White kraft paper in weight of 130 grams
 
 
Processing

Characteristics 
Ÿ  It can filter 65% of the ultraviolet ray, with extremely strong performance of UV resistance, which can enhance the durability of pictures (covered by X- film protective film, the pictures printed with solvent ink can last for 4-5 years without fading)
Ÿ  The transparency and outdoor weather resistance is significantly higher than PVC materials.
Ÿ  The strong corrosion resistance performance of PVDF can prevent the protected media such as pictures from yellowing and aging in a longer period of time
Ÿ   PVDF layer has good self-cleaning properties. After being covered by X-film protective film, pictures, dust on the signboards, stains, rain stains will be easier to clean;
 
 
Application
X-film self-cleaning ultraviolet resistance film is suitable to be used for protective layer on the surface of sheets such as PVC, PC, PMMA, ABS ans etc or base materials for thin films, and even surface coating film of fabric, wood, and metal .
